Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations in S/4HANA environment
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and blueprint workshops
• Configure FI modules – GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
• Configure CO modules – Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing
• Design and implement Material Ledger and Actual Costing (CKMLCP)
• Handle Ledger configuration, Parallel Accounting, and multi-currency setup
• Lead integration with MM (OBYC), SD (VKOA), and PP modules
• Support ECC to S/4HANA migration, including data validation and reconciliation
• Manage SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live activities
• Prepare functional specifications (FSD) and guide technical developments (RICEFW)
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Mentor junior consultants and act as finance track lead

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on configuration experience in FI & CO modules
• Minimum 2–3 S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
• Experience in ECC to S/4HANA system conversion/migration
• Strong knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
• Good experience in Product Costing & Material Ledger
• Good integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP
• Experience in multi-company, multi-currency environments
• Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills
