Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and research
• The candidate will prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, and system behavior documentation
• The candidate will use basic SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and generating insights for stakeholders
• The candidate will collaborate with development and data teams to ensure accurate data mapping and validation
• The candidate will support Power BI reporting by assisting in dashboard validation, reviewing data outputs, and enabling business users to leverage BI reports effectively
• The candidate will work closely with project managers to define scope, prioritize features, track milestones, and maintain timelines
• The candidate will act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and QA to ensure smooth project delivery
• The candidate will identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements using data-backed insights and process mapping techniques
• The candidate will prepare test cases, support user acceptance testing, and ensure deliverables align with business expectations

Required Skills

• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and MBA is preferred
• The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to full SDLC
• The candidate must have mandatory experience in the US Healthcare industry
• The candidate must have strong expertise in writing functional specifications and process flows
• The candidate must have basic knowledge of SQL including writing simple queries, joins, and filters
• The candidate must have hands-on experience using Power BI and the ability to interpret dashboards and support data storytelling
• The candidate must be proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• The candidate must possess strong communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills
• The candidate should have experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• The candidate should have familiarity with data pipelines, KPIs, and data validation concepts
• Certifications such as CBAP or CCBA will be an added advantage
