Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, including at least 2 Greenfield implementations
• Drive full lifecycle implementation covering Requirement Gathering, Blueprinting, Design, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare
• Own and lead the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process design and optimization
• Architect and configure complex Pricing procedures, condition techniques, access sequences, and pricing schemas
• Lead solution design for Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Credit/Debit Memos, and Returns processes
• Oversee configuration and governance of Customer, Material, Pricing, and Output Master Data
• Design and manage Tax (GST/VAT), Freight, Rebates, Promotions, and Discounts frameworks
• Drive cross-functional integration with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and other modules
• Collaborate with technical teams on IDocs, Interfaces, Enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, and Integrations
• Provide functional leadership during UAT, SIT, and Cutover activities
• Mentor junior consultants and guide offshore/onshore teams
• Handle complex production issues, change requests, and business process improvements
• Ensure compliance with statutory, financial, and organizational standards
• Act as a key client-facing functional lead and trusted advisor

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong SAP SD experience with deep OTC expertise
• Mandatory experience in minimum 2 Greenfield implementations (end-to-end)
• Strong hands-on expertise in Pricing configuration (Condition Techniques, Access Sequences, Schemas)
• Deep understanding of Billing, Shipping, Output Determination, and Credit Management
• Strong exposure to GST/VAT and tax configuration
• Proven experience in FI integration for revenue recognition and billing postings
• Experience working on interfaces, IDocs, enhancements, and integration scenarios
• Strong knowledge of cross-module integration (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM)
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and solution design capabilities
