Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD modules with focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle
• Design, configure, and maintain Pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and pricing schemas
• Handle Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and Credit/Debit memo processes
• Configure and manage Master Data (Customer, Material, Pricing, Output)
• Work on Taxes, Freight, Discounts, Rebates, and Promotions
• Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM modules
• Support UAT, prepare test cases, and resolve defects
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional specifications
• Handle production support, incident resolution, and change requests
• Participate in rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with business and statutory requirements

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SAP SD
• Strong hands-on experience in OTC processes
• In-depth knowledge of Pricing configuration
• Experience with Billing, Shipping, Output Determination, and Credit Management
• Understanding of tax configuration (GST/VAT preferred)
• Experience in integration with FI for billing and revenue posting
• Exposure to IDocs, Interfaces, and Enhancements is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
