SAP Full-stack Technical Lead (ABAP+UI5+CAPM)

Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality SAP solutions aligned with clean core principles
- Drive technical solution design and collaborate with architects, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and integration partners to deliver business requirements
- Build, test, deploy, and support SAP enhancements, extensions, integrations, and custom developments across SAP landscapes
- Lead technical discussions, requirement workshops, and solution reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
- Drive modernization initiatives, custom code optimization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement activities
- Provide technical leadership in production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and governance of SAP development standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple SAP domains to design integrated and sustainable solutions
- Mentor and coach junior developers, promote reusable assets, and establish development best practices
- Stay current with emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and system performance
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Classical ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP, including reports, enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, dialog programming, and workflows
- Proven development experience in at least two of the following SAP functional domains like MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, etc
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA development technologies including CDS Views, AMDP, RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), ABAP on HANA, and OData v2/v4
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP technologies including SAP BTP ABAP Environment, CAP Model, Business Application Studio (BAS), ADT, and Eclipse
- Experience developing SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, Web Dynpro ABAP, and Floorplan Manager (FPM) applications
- Strong knowledge of integrations and interfaces including REST APIs, SOAP Services, OData, RFC/BAPI, ALE/IDoc, and Proxy/Web Services
- Experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and reporting solutions
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow, custom code remediation, ATC/static checks, and HANA performance optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of SAP development governance, clean core principles, and best practices
