SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANA Public Cloud

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and support activities within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit Centers
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, gather business requirements, and map processes to SAP Public Cloud capabilities
• Configure business processes using SSCUI and/or Central Business Configuration (CBC)
• Support Record-to-Report (R2R), month-end, and year-end closing processes
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM (P2P) and SD (Order-to-Cash)
• Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support
• Support data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit or relevant migration tools
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and other project documentation
• Ensure solutions follow SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud standardization and best practices

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience
• Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
• Strong knowledge of R2R, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling
• Experience with parallel ledgers, financial closing, and reporting processes
• Hands-on exposure to SSCUI and/or CBC configuration
• Experience working with SAP Fiori Apps and Public Cloud Finance processes
• Good understanding of integration with MM (P2P) and SD (OTC)
• Experience in functional testing, production support, and defect resolution
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery
• Exposure to Group Reporting / Consolidation
• Understanding of Central Finance concepts
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification will be an added advantage
