Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing functional and solution architecture guidance across finance transformation initiatives
• Design, implement, and support SAP Finance and Controlling solutions aligned with global business processes and organizational objectives
• Drive solution design and process optimization across Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and Travel Management
• Work closely with global process owners and business stakeholders to deliver scalable global solutions and country-specific statutory requirements
• Provide expertise in SAP Bank Accounting, tax processes, withholding tax, use tax, and integration with third-party tax solutions
• Design and support integrations involving banking interfaces, credit card payment interfaces, middleware platforms, and SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA systems
• Develop functional specifications, support technical teams in delivering RICEFW objects, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Lead project planning, estimation, testing strategies, user acceptance activities, and deployment planning
• Ensure adherence to SAP global templates, governance standards, change management processes, and quality guidelines
• Manage external consultants, implementation partners, and project teams to ensure successful delivery within timelines and budgets
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP FI-CO with hands-on configuration experience
• Experience supporting and implementing multiple finance business processes, including:
• Financial Accounting (FI)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Banking & Cash Management
• Fixed Assets Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Controlling (CO)
• Treasury Management
• SAP Business Partner
• Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations
• Hands-on experience with banking interfaces, payment processing, credit card integrations, and middleware connectivity
• Knowledge of SAP tax processes, withholding tax, use tax, and third-party tax solutions
• Strong understanding of integration points across SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, WM, and other enterprise applications
• Experience in test planning, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and enhancements
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones
