Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP ABAP solutions aligned with business and enterprise technology objectives
• Provide technical leadership and governance across SAP development initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP environments
• Drive technical decision-making and mentor development teams on modern SAP development frameworks and methodologies
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Review solution designs, technical specifications, code quality, and deployment strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Support innovation initiatives leveraging SAP BTP, extensibility frameworks, and cloud-based SAP technologies

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and technical architecture
• Strong expertise in designing enterprise-scale SAP technical solutions and architecture frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• Experience with modern SAP development technologies including RAP, CAP, OData Services, SAP Fiori, and S/4HANA Extensibility
• Strong understanding of SAP development best practices, governance models, code optimization, and performance tuning
• Experience working with integrations, enhancements, custom developments, and technical solution design
• Ability to guide technical teams, conduct design reviews, and provide architectural oversight
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business users, functional consultants, and client leadership
