Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations in S/4HANA environment
- Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and blueprint workshops
- Configure FI modules – GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
- Configure CO modules – Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing
- Design and implement Material Ledger and Actual Costing (CKMLCP)
- Handle Ledger configuration, Parallel Accounting, and multi-currency setup
- Lead integration with MM (OBYC), SD (VKOA), and PP modules
- Support ECC to S/4HANA migration, including data validation and reconciliation
- Manage SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live activities
- Prepare functional specifications (FSD) and guide technical developments (RICEFW)
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Mentor junior consultants and act as finance track lead
Required Skills
- Onsite experience is a must (preferably middle east)
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in FI & CO modules
- Minimum 2–3 S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
- Experience in ECC to S/4HANA system conversion/migration
- Strong knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
- Good experience in Product Costing & Material Ledger
- Good integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP
- Experience in multi-company, multi-currency environments
- Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills
