Lead Data Engineer – Databricks

Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable Databricks data engineering solutions
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, Delta Lake, Databricks Notebooks, Workflows, and Jobs
- Perform code/design reviews and provide technical guidance to data engineering teams
- Develop and optimize complex SQL involving joins, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and data models
- Own data quality, reliability, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and lead technical discussions
Required Skills
- Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, ETL/ELT, Advanced SQL, Data Modeling and Data Engineering
- Experience with manufacturing, semiconductor, or time-series industrial data is preferred
