Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and interest levels
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from screening to onboarding
• Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities
• Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and professional interactions

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques
• Basic knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability
• Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech or Any Graduation)
• MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
